FXE Electro-Permanent Lifting Magnets are the professional solution for lifting of heavy plates, plasma and flame cut parts, tools and blanks.
They are very robust and equipped with a pole structure of 80 and a maximum load capacity of 4000 kgs which is achieved at a thickness from 25mm. The permanent magnet system can be activated via push button, and when you turn off the work piece is released safely. The connection is made easily to a mains voltage. The device is ready for use with very low installation effort. if the power fails, the load is held by the permanent magnetic filed. For this, no prone and maintenance intensive back up batteries are necessary.
The Pole structure 80, is designed for lifting sheets from 8mm and solid steel parts and internal sections with a medium air gap. The nominal values of the FXE magnets with pole structure type 80 are achieved up to an air gap of 0.4mm. With Air gap 0, the pole structure 80 reaches a holding force of 9Kn.
The FXE range is available from 1000/80 to 4000/80 and can be customised to include, spiral cables, eyelet sensor, pick up function, special pole shoes and remote control – contact us for more information on the accessories available for this range.
