Table Demagnetiser

In order to demagnetise workpieces which are wider than the standard dimensions of our devices, we recommend mounting several platens side by side. The power is supplied by simply connecting the different platens in parallel.

Platen Demagnetisers

Platen demagnetisers are designed for tool rooms, workshops, production lines and realise deep demagnetisation of magentised parts and assemblies such as bearings, tools, dies, screws etc...

Operating princliple is based on patented magnetic resonance system, which automatically adjusts demagnetising field strength to the workpiece shhape and volume.

Compared with all known systems, which decrease demagnetising field strength for bigger workpieces, our new demagnetisers have the lowest stand-by power consumption and automatically increase demagnetising field with workpiece volume.

Powewrful twin coil system and 100% duty cycle guarantee the highest demagnetising quality. Anoth advantage is 100% active surface (usual existing devices have not more than 60%). The range includes DEM-4 Easy Logic model: special modern design for precision tool-rooms with the highest demagnetising field, concentrated within 40mm above the working surface.

Standard power supply = single-phase current 230V - 50 cycles. Other voltages upon request.
